About Advanced Mu-Xing Therapy - Upper Body
Advanced Mu-Xing for the Upper body addresses specific pathologies within the head, neck and upper extremities. There is a detailed treatment plan for temporomandibular joint dysfunction, carpal tunnel and thoracic outlet syndrome, which incorporates a variety of massage strokes utilizing unique heated wood tools designed to address these specific pathologies.

• Review the history of the uses of wood in massage
• Identify and review the healing properties of each kind of wood used in Mu-Xing
• Review care of Mu-Xing tools
• Define Repetitive Motion Injuries/RMI
• Identify common muscular pathologies
• Learn and perform techniques to address several types of common muscular pathologies, including RMI.
About Advanced Mu-Xing Therapy - Lower Body
Advanced Mu-Xing for the Lower Body addresses specific pathologies of the lower extremities and back. Each pathology plantar fasciitis, lower back pain, leg length deviation and sciatica, have a detailed treatment plan which incorporates a variety of massage strokes utilizing unique heated wood tools designed to address these specific pathologies.
